Our journey



Be Centred was founded in 2020 with the aim of providing a unique form of therapy to break down barriers, reduce stigma and to help people who find it difficult to engage with more traditional methods of support.  Based in the heart of Warwickshire we offer Equine Facilitated Therapy and Counselling to people across the West Midlands.


At Be Centred we are proud to be building a supportive and inclusive community where everyone feels safe and a sense of belonging.  This includes everyone who visits the yard as well as our staff and most importantly our horses.  










Our horses are at the centre of everything we do and we work hard to ensure their well-being and happiness.  Horses are incredible creatures and are amazing co-facilitators due to their social, empathetic and non-judgemental nature.  You can meet our horses on ‘Our Team’ page and learn more about their individual characters and personalities.


Be Centred is a not for profit organisation and only charges what is needed to cover running costs.  We take a means tested approach which enables us to ensure that everyone can receive the support that they need.  Please get in touch to discuss your individual needs.
