Individual sessions can be used to work through a whole range of issues or problems. Sessions last for an hour and will be facilitated by Cathy.
Group sessions are great for improving confidence and practising strategies in a more real world setting. Family sessions can be used to help improve relationships and communication. Group sessions will be led by Cathy and be supported by volunteers when necessary.
Our school programme aims to build resilience and be proactive in developing good mental health. Accessed by small groups sessions will last up to 90 minutes and after support is offered after the programme has been completed.
Open to all school age children and young people we offer a open group session an afternoon a week through the summer holidays. In order to ensure that the project is staffed appropriately sign up is required in the summer term. Youth and community groups as well as parents and schools are welcome to refer.
If you are a local business and want to contribute to our community then we offer employee assistance programmes on a one to one basis. All of the proceeds from these sessions are invested directly into the business and allows us to offer additional funded places to those who need it.
New to 2025 we are offering a range of nature based therapies which can all be accessed from our site in Claverdon.
We are very lucky to be located in the middle of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. Nature walks involve heading out to explore this countryside for a mindful walk and talk with a qualified counsellor.
We have a number of wild animals that live or visit our site, ranging from deer to foxes, buzzards and red kites to smaller birds as well as hedgehogs and other small mammals . Caring for these amazing creatures is very rewarding and we are working to create feeding an watering stations around the property.
We are offering open group mornings where you can come and access our raised beds garden to grow your own vegetables or flowers and be part of the green community that we are building.
